You See Everything Before You Pay
Before any final handover, we send you a full preview — a demo video, a working prototype, or sample files — so you can evaluate the result on your own terms. If something needs adjustment, we fix it. The price is only agreed upon after you confirm you are happy.
Full Confidentiality
Your handwriting samples, hardware specs, and project details are never shared with anyone. After delivery, your files are permanently deleted from our systems.

Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection and Processing
We collect personal identification (Name, Email) and service-specific data (handwriting samples, project specifications) solely to fulfill your orders for font design and technical solutions.
2. Compliance with Moroccan Law (Law No. 09-08)
Our processing practices are governed by Moroccan Law No. 09-08. We guarantee:
- Explicit Consent: Your data is processed only with your informed consent.
- Purpose Specification: Your samples are used solely for the requested service — nothing else.
- Strict Confidentiality: We do not use your information for any purpose beyond the requested service.
3. International Standards (GDPR & CCPA)
We provide high-level protection for clients in the USA, Canada, and Europe — ensuring your right to access, rectify, or permanently delete your personal data at any time, upon simple request.
4. Commitment to Non-Disclosure
We do not sell or share your personal information or handwriting samples with any third party. Once the service is delivered and the warranty period expires, you may request permanent deletion of all your materials from our systems.

Terms of Service
1. Services Provided
- Custom Digital Font Design and Handwriting-to-Digital Font conversion.
- Development of security systems and automation using ESP32, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi.
2. Pricing and Payments
All project costs are negotiable and based on complexity and requirements agreed upon during consultation. No payment is required before the work is completed and reviewed.
3. Pre-delivery Preview & Quality Assurance
We provide a pre-delivery demonstration (video, prototype preview, or sample files) for the client's review before final handover and payment. Adjustments are made until the client is satisfied.
4. Intellectual Property & Licensing
- Fonts: Licensing terms (Personal vs. Commercial) are negotiable per project.
- Technical Projects: Ownership of source code and hardware design is negotiable. Unless stated otherwise, the client receives a full license for the intended use upon final payment.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must own the rights to any handwriting samples or technical specifications provided to us. We are not liable for copyright infringements arising from client-provided content.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Oued Zem.
